SI5341B-A-GMR Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 350MHz maximum. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~3.47V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. PLL is designed with 64 pins. In terms of the supply voltage, analog clock generator can handle 3V volts. The output frequency is magnified as high as possible with 10 signal outputs. A supply current of 98mA needs to be provided to fully play RF synthesizer's function.
