The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 64 terminations found in this file. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock generators can take up to 1.89V of power as a maximum supply voltageRF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
