This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
