Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
