The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
