It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
