As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
