As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C.
