In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
