As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V.
