A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
