In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
