The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
