The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
