A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
