In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator.
