The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
