The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card.
