The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in the file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power.
