This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
