As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
