It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
