As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
