SI5341B-D07071-GM Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V.
