The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
