This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator.
