As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC.
