This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
