In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
