As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
