Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
