As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
