SI5341B-D09858-GM Overview

As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V.
