In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
