As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
