The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation.
