As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
