In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 64 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
