As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
