As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
