It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
