This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
