This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
