Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
