As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
