Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
