As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
