Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
