The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
