The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
