The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V.
